Where to find or locate the best food around Melaka? The best hidden places are mostly known by the locals. So let me guide your nostrils and legs to these eating places where you can enjoy and satisfy your palates. First stop: Let's have a look at Nyonya cuisine.

Melaka Nyonya Laksa might look odd to some people as it is enriched with various spices and rich with coconut milk but without the curry powder (which is the main ingredient in making a curry laksa). The Nyonya Laksa is served with fish cake, shrimps, bean sprouts, and topped with cucumber, laksa leaves and sliced ginger buds.

Donald & Lily’s Corner is located at Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock (Heeren Street), within walking distance from Jonker Street and the reddish Dutch Square. However, the location of Donald & Lily’s Corner is less noticeable. You must walk to the back of Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, or go to Kota Laksamana car park, and you can find Donald & Lily’s Corner

The same as every well known favorite food outlet in Melaka, do be aware of the limited parking spaces, small lanes and long queues. The small shops preserved the authenticity of their brand by not expanding themselves or their shops. The area is still the same even after many generations.
